Karnitas 71st was one of the best experiences for my daughter and I.First of all, it is close to the popular Collins Ave and was only a short walk for us. It really gave a friendly vibe. It is located in a plaza near a gorgeous water fountain.When you walk in, you're greeted so warmly by the owners. It is almost like a new dimension as the walls are covered with Argentinian football memorabilia (the husband is an avid fan).We had many empanadas during our trip, but these were by far the best. More filling as the skins are lighter and are so nice (we loved all of them especially the blood sausage).If you have an appetite, try the beautiful and huge omelet with spinach, ham, bacon, tomato, onion... It will definitely fill you up.The cappuccinos are to die for. Vietnamese coffee and cold brew were also fabulous.Make sure to take an hour to an hour and a half to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and food. It isn't rushed - we are meant to enjoy what we consume.I highly recommend this little gem :)

Great spot. Friendly staff, very attentive and friendly. The empanadas were amazing. We decided to share the meal. As you can see perfect size. The place is cozy. Will be coming back. Want to eat off that grill they were cooking outside

If I could give more stars I would. I secretly want to keep this place under wraps, but that’s not what this community is about! This place is truly a hidden gem. The service is welcoming, kind and warm. The food is full of flavor fresh and delicious. It’s conveniently located near the beach and the prices are more than fair! We cannot wait to get back to this place. The ambience is nice and cozy. We ordered empanadas, the chicken Milanese sandwich. And a chocolate soufflé with Leche ice creamWe also had a coffee everything was spectacular.This place is a must try if you want flavor that won’t break the bank

Very nice atmosphere. The service was great, very friendly owner and the waitress as well. Honestly such a good deal on everything! Empanadas were DELICIOUS and under 4 (must try the picahna empanada). The wine was also 6 a glass and it was really good.Would definatly recommend and will come back to try their lunch specials because the taste of the food was great. EVERYTHING EXCELLENT

Delicious EVERYTHING!!! A small family friendly cafe-like atmosphere, with big entrees!! Must try the Picanha empanadas or the Ham and Cheese Empanadas, both were amazing!! The breaded steak Milanesa is HUGE and can easily be shared by two, perhaps even three.. comes with a very fresh salad and freshly cut natural fries. The Picanha was equally large with 5 big slices, the same arugula salad with tomatoes, onions and aguacate plus the side of fries. The Chocolate Soufflé Dessert and ice cream was a great also!! To end our lunch, the Owner Cristian, a die hard Diego Maradona fan invited us to a cortadito on the house, for our first visit here. Diego took excellent care of us and Mika and Michel in the kitchen outdid themselves!!! A true hidden gem in the heart of North Miami.

This place is a local gem; one of the little holes in the wall in Miami Beach that the locals love & support, owned by the friendliest couple you’ll ever meet, and serving outstanding & delicious home-cooked meals. Can’t recommend it enough.Their lunch specials are solid, portion sizes are solid, pricing is average for Miami, but the quality overall is outstanding and I’m happy to support this small business all day, any day, for breakfast or lunch since they close relatively early. Go grab an empanada & coffee and you’ll find out real quick what you’ve been missing out on.Worth noting: they make the *best* Argentine empanadas I’ve eaten in Miami. Hands down, no question imho (picaña & bondiola empanadas are my favorites).

Absolutely my favorite spot in Miami Beach for breakfast. We had the ham and cheese, chorizo and steak empanadas were the best I have had anywhere. The coffee was smooth and just right. The avocado toast another table got looked absolutely awesome. I wish I would have more time to go back and try it but it didn’t work out.The atmosphere was nice with some soccer decor and even a few jerseys for sale. The waiter was very nice, a slight language barrier but he went out of his way to make every effort that we were happy.

Had an incredible lunch here with my family. The Milanesa is excellent, huge portion enough to share. The service was great, really makes you feel welcomed.
